Shift availability windows are as follows:
Tuesday 13:45 to 22:30 and Saturday 14:30 to 22:30. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide a three‑week notice of your exact shifts.
Pay starts from £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Responsibilities- Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
- Being passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Putting into practice the training you have received, so we all work safely, effectively and serve our customers brilliantly.
- Making decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet the needs of customers at the right time.
- Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Being knowledgeable about your store's performance, understanding the part you play and what we need to do together to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
- Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Being yourself, living our values, making everyone feel welcome and always following our policies.
- At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
