Are you ready to rethink your routine? We're looking for a Team Leader to join our sparkling Norwich counter located in Jarrolds. This role will report to the Business Counter Manager. A Trinny London Artist is the heart of our operations. You will embody our mission of giving customers the tools they need to be their best every day through our stackable, portable, curated makeup and award‑winning skincare.

You’ll combine advanced artistry skills with deep product knowledge and a passion for people, ensuring accessibility for everyone and tailoring your style to each customer’s needs.

• Conduct all types of services from pre‑booked appointments to walk‑ups, ensuring the Trinny London Match2me experience is delivered to all.
• Deliver impeccable customer service.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs.
• Stay up to date with the latest skincare and makeup trends.
• Improve product knowledge and artistry through training sessions.
• Drive sales to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Assist the Business Manager with planning events to increase sales and footfall.
• Motivate and inspire the team to enhance their artistry and product knowledge.

• Experience leading a team, ideally within the luxury sector.
• Passion for makeup and skincare.
• Proven track record of leading a retail team to success.
• Adaptable and confident in an ever‑changing environment.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong communication and mathematical skills.
• Comfortable working toward and exceeding KPIs.
• Punctual and organised.
