Co-op is recruiting a Customer Team Leader in Norwich to head a small team in a fast-paced store, delivering essential services to the community and supporting optional post office or bakery roles. You will drive daily operations and lead by example on the shop floor and tills.
You will motivate colleagues, ensure great service, support merchandising and stock control, and engage with local communities to grow Co-op membership.
