Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant – with Key Holder responsibilities, to join the team in our Norwich store. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.11 per hour plus non‑contractual hourly sales commission. At Deichmann, our Sales Assistants / Key Holders play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

In return for your hard work, you will be offered fantastic opportunities to grow and develop within your retail career. This is a part‑time, permanent position and you will be contracted to work 16 hours per week.

• Open and close the store as and when required.
• Be responsible for a set of store keys.
• Approach customers and provide helpful, knowledgeable information on our products.
• Serve customers at the till – processing sales transactions.
• Recommend and promote complimentary products with each sale.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Continuously replenish stock to ensure shelves are always full.
• Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the shop floor is always kept clean and tidy to a high standard.
• Perform any additional ad‑hoc duties as and when required.
