Position Overview

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Norwich store.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour plus non‑contractual, hourly sales commission.

As a Sales Assistant, your role is to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers and grow within your retail career.

• Approach customers and provide helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
• Serve customers at the till by processing sales transactions.
• Recommend and promote complimentary products with each sale.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Continuously replenish stock to ensure shelves are always full.
• Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor to high standards.
• Perform any additional ad hoc duties as required.
