Smiths News is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to support our Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers in achieving successful audits and KPI targets across the territory. You will assist in recruiting, developing and retaining a team of Merchandisers and deliver annual refresher training as needed.
The role is field based and requires a full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with a background in retail or field marketing and a passion for high standards and KPI
