Superdrug Stores in Norwich is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Designate to lead a team across nearby stores. You’ll travel within the area to support store managers, with the aim of securing a permanent location and advancing your career.
Working 39 hours per week, you’ll cover mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends on a flexible pattern. You’ll recruit, motivate, drive sales, manage merchandising and stock, and ensure exceptional customer service.
