We currently have an exciting position as a Parts Sales Supervisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Norwich.

Who are we looking for as a Parts Sales Supervisor:

• You will have previous experience working within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector as a Parts Sales Supervisor or similar Supervisory role.
• A sales driven individual with excellent communication skills.
• People Management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience of running Marketing / Sales promotion campaigns would be an advantage.
• PC Literate.
• Full UK driving licence.

The Parts Sales Supervisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Supervise the parts sales team on a day to day basis, providing a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter, telephone and online.
• Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
• Work with the marketing team to develop sales promotions and campaigns.
• Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.

Working Pattern
:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
