We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Busseys Group to develop a long-term career and work as part of a motivated team that is focused on delivering fantastic customer experiences.
The Busseys Transit Centre Norfolk represents the highest level of customer service and professionalism with a long history of sales success at the pinnacle of the Ford network.
You would be selling the full Ford Commercial Vehicle range which is by far the UK market leader, including the all-electric Transit, all new Custom, new Ford Ranger, and a wide selection of used vehicles across the whole group.
We operate a very generous commission plan with our top performing execs earning £60k plus, that’s the great thing about our scheme at Busseys, the opportunity is there so come and grab it!
You will:
- Develop sales from new and an existing customer database
- Deliver great customer experiences
- Sell to agreed targets for new and used sales volumes, profit, F&I sales and accessories
- Liaise with the after-sales team to enhance the entire customer journey
- Continuously look to develop yourself with support from the management team

Previous experience working in a motor industry sales environment, especially with commercial vehicles would be an advantage and you must have a current UK driving license.
