Move Manager / Sales Progressor

We’re looking for an organised, detail‑focused Move Manager / Sales Progressor with a proven track record of success in administrative roles. Experience with in estate agency, residential lettings, or a strong understanding of the home‑buying process is highly desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales journey
  • Ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of branch sales progression
  • Assisting with and processing home sales from offer to completion
  • Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders in the home‑moving process
  • Supporting the wider team to deliver an efficient and professional customer experience

What’s On Offer To You

Basic annual salary is between ÂŁ20,000 to ÂŁ22,000 (depending on experience)

  • Basic salary of ÂŁ20,000 to ÂŁ22,000 per year
  • Complete on target earnings of ÂŁ30,000 per year
  • Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline: 65% - ÂŁ250, 75% - ÂŁ500, 85% - ÂŁ750
What to expect as a Sales Progressor at haart Norwich
  • Register client details
  • Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process: mortgage advisers or lenders, solicitors, your buyer, the vendor (client selling the house), surveyors, and any other key parts to the process
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale: identification, mortgage agreement, required insurance policies
  • Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion
What You Need To Bring To The Table
  • Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry
  • Passion for haart, our values and processes
  • A hunger to earn and a drive to work hard and reap the rewards of your dedication

As a Sales Progressor, we would expect you to pick up client relationships, manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion.
