The Role

As a Field Sales Consultant in our Wood Division, you’ll manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and promote our extensive, industry-leading product range
. You’ll work across market sectors including:

• Metal Fabrication
• Hospitality (Hotels & Shopfitters)

You’ll be fully supported with comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a team that wants you to succeed
. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your effort directly impacts your earnings and career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing new business opportunities and growing your territory
• Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships
• Using sales systems to track performance and activity
• Overcoming objections and consistently achieving — or exceeding — targets

What We’re Looking For

• A self‑motivated, target‑driven individual who thrives working independently
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• A proactive, resilient attitude with a passion for sales
• Confidence to think on your feet and adapt to customer needs
• Williness to learn — full product training is provided
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Full UK driving licence

What You’ll Get in Return

£24,000 basic salary with minimum guaranteed earnings of £27,300 with OTE of £32,569
