Customer Advisor – Trade Point

Part Time – 20 or 25 hours per week, Permanent Contract.

UK National hourly rate £13.10 per hour.

The heart of the Tradepoint counter, you’ll deal with all kinds of trade members every day. You’ll take ownership of your Trade Point members and get to know them and their business through great conversations, positioning yourself to recommend the right products and services for them.

• Great communicator and team worker, capable of working well with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to adjust your approach in different situations, build relationships with customers and spot new business opportunities.
• Enjoy helping trade members gain value for themselves and their clients through promotions and by signing them up to our trade loyalty scheme.
• Open to continuous development through training and learning from others.
• Team player, flexible, and ready to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
