This is a junior‑level sales role designed to give you industry‑leading training, real earning potential, and clear progression. You’ll start your journey within the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, learning how to engage customers, generate revenue, and build strong commercial foundations.

With performance, dedication and the right mindset, you’ll have clear progression opportunities into Inside Sales, Operations or Technology.

  • Base salary: £26,436.80
  • Uncapped commission from day one
  • Average SDR earnings: circa £40,000 OTE

As a Junior Sales Executive (SDR), you’ll combine outstanding customer service with commercial awareness:

  • Speaking with new customers via phone, email and web chat
  • Identifying sales opportunities and generating revenue
  • Building strong, meaningful customer relationships
  • Working towards clear revenue and customer satisfaction targets
  • Accurately updating all activity in the CRM system
  • Delivering a world‑class customer experience every time
