Sales Person

Sales Person – Norwich Reepham Road branch, part‑time role of 24 hours per week.

• Build connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard, providing expert advice.
• Create tailored solutions – preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing leads.
• Maintain smooth operations by managing essential admin efficiently.
• Offer guidance using up‑to‑date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials.
• Enhance the shopping experience by maintaining well‑stocked, inviting displays.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the branch, including yard and counter sales, to support the team.

• Previous customer service experience; sales experience or knowledge of building materials is a bonus.
• Strong time‑keeping, natural organisation and clear communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused approach.
• Adaptability to deliver a positive, personalised experience for each customer.
