The French Key Account Manager is a full-time, on‑site role based in London or Norwich, responsible for managing and growing key accounts in French‑speaking markets. This role focuses on building long‑term relationships with major clients, understanding their needs, and positioning Borg & Overström solutions to support their business goals. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing account portfolios, preparing and executing business plans, conducting regular account reviews, and identifying new sales opportunities.
The French Key Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure excellent service delivery and product availability. The role also involves preparing forecasts and reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and representing the brand in meetings, presentations, and occasional visits to client sites.
- Proven experience in Key Accounts and Account Management, preferably in B2B or manufacturing environments.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to develop account strategies, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, resolving issues, and delivering a high‑quality client experience.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Comfort using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and planning.
- Ability to work on‑site in Norwich or London, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in international markets or working with distributors and partners is an advantage.
