Job Title

Sales Manager / Account Manager – Components – Packaging and Process Machinery

A classic sales and account management role selling components and spare parts for packaging and process machinery supplied to the food manufacturing industry. The role is based from home with a week in the office each month.

• 50% internal sales and 50% client visits nationally.
• 60% of time dedicated to existing account management and 40% business development.
• Operate from a clean CRM and meet realistic 1st‑year targets.

• Proven track record in field‑based or internal sales of engineered components or spare parts to the food manufacturing market.
• Experience selling spare parts or components for packaging or process machinery directly to end users.
• Engineering background, especially in service engineering, is advantageous but not essential.
• Commercially aware with strong sales drive.

Home‑based, preferably within East Anglia but open to UK locations.

• BASIC SALARY: up to £45,000.
• Commission and bonus with OTE of approximately £60,000 in the first year and about £75,000 in years 2 and 3.
• Hybrid company car.
