As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers into the dealership and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable vehicles and finance solutions.
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Building lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest models and technologies.
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

We are seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about sales and customer service.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and target-driven.
• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional, organised and self‑motivated.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experienced in automotive sales (preferred but not essential – applicants with a strong retail or sales background will also be considered).
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
