As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our London office and play a key role in driving revenue, expanding client relationships, and contributing to the success of UCEA-hosted investor events.
What you’ll do- Proactively generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Shorten the sales cycle and enhance the positioning of UCEA’s services
- Represent UCEA at internal and external investor sessions and networking events
- Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting to professionals and investors
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Knowledge of financial services or investment categories is desirable but not essential
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work independently from our London office.
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission (realistic OTE: £75k–£100k in year one
