Overview
Noodle Talent Partners are working with a leading global digital business, recruiting for the position of Sales Account Manager to join a friendly and successful commercial team in Norwich. The role involves managing a portfolio of existing business client accounts with responsibility for maintaining strong relationships, retaining business and upselling additional services to meet revenue targets.
Permanent full time position, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Benefits- Starting Salary of £27,500 plus £12,000 annual bonus paid out quarterly, OTE of £40,000 with unapped commission

- Acting as the primary point of contact for your accounts, supporting business clients with new requests, account queries and other needs
- Building rapport with clients to ensure a great relationship built on trust and delivery of services
- Booking annual reviews for client renewals, conducting consultative virtual meetings to understand client's plans & objectives along with any challenges, promoting the company's services to support their goals and overcome difficulties, retaining business and generating additional sales revenue
- Working in line with individual quarterly revenue targets, managing accurate sales planning and forecasting to deliver a strong pipeline, reporting to management on a monthly basis
- Creating account development plans outlining client goals, sales strategy and forecasting opportunities
- Improving customer satisfaction scores through providing an exceptional service for each client
- Working with the operations team to ensure all requests are scheduled and actioned in line with service level agreements and client's requirements
- Managing any problems or complaints promptly with positive resolutions for both the client and the business, reporting and driving continual improvement
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, managing your own revenue targets
- A personable and credible individual who enjoys working collaboratively with others
- Demonstrable sales experience, strategic sales planning and implementation, including pipeline management
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Commercial awareness with ability to spot opportunities and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self‑motivation, drive and resilience
