SailPoint is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to lead a team of up to 12 Digital Sales Representatives focused on DACH and Eastern Europe. You will bridge Marketing and Sales, shaping outbound campaigns and processes that generate qualified leads and demos for the Field Sales team.
The role requires fluency in German and English, a track record of hitting quotas, and 2+ years of inside-sales leadership. Hybrid work, with in-office presence in London or Madrid two days a week, travel as needed.
