Media Sales Executive

My client is looking for sales‑driven professionals for an ambitious, forward‑thinking business located in the Norwich city centre.

We offer a strong start‑up environment with a great work/life balance – evenings off and a long weekend every week. The starting salary is £25,000 per annum with uncapped commission, allowing an expected earning of £30,000–£35,000 in the first year and over £45,000 OTE after the first year, with potential to exceed £60,000 OTE. Comprehensive training will be provided.

• Generate business pipeline opportunities through outbound calls and marketing emails to prospective clients.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with prospects.
• Sell commercial services to meet and exceed targets.

• Ambitious, tenacious and able to spot business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and a good level of IT literacy.
• Confident and concise on the telephone: able to lead conversations and advise when needed.
• Determined desire to succeed with a highly motivated mindset.
• Commercial experience within a target or KPI‑driven environment is desirable but not essential; a personality‑led approach is suitable for this role.

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm;
