We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join an established and highly regarded property business covering the East Norfolk Coast.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven estate agent with strong valuation and business development experience, looking to take the next step in their career while benefiting from a highly competitive earning package.

As a Sales Valuer, you will:

• Carry out market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
• Generate and win new instructions
• Maximise valuation-to-instruction conversion opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Generate new business through proactive business development
• Manage and progress your sales pipeline
• Work closely with the wider team to maximise opportunities from the office pipeline
• Negotiate offers and help progress sales through to completion
• Deliver an excellent level of customer service throughout the sales process
• Keep up to date with local property market conditions and trends

• Proven experience within residential estate agency
• Strong track record in valuations, winning instructions and generating new business
• Confident carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good knowledge of the local residential property market
• Commercially minded with a strong results-driven approach
• Organised and able to effectively manage your own pipeline
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Full UK driving licence

• Basic salary up to £28,500
• Car allowance
• Commission based on the office pipeline
• OTE circa £45,000
