Events Sales & Business Development Manager
We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious arts and events venue seeking a commercially focused Event Sales & Business Development Manager to drive venue hire, corporate events and commercial partnerships.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships and maximise revenue across events, sponsor ships and commercial activities. You'll oversee the full sales journey, from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every event exceeds expectations while supporting the organisation's long-term commercial strategy.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in event sales, hospitality or venue management, a strong track record of winning new business and managing corporate clients, and the confidence to negotiate, network and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new venue hire and event business.
- Develop and manage corporate client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee event budgets.
- Collaborate with operational teams to deliver seamless events.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and partnerships.
- Represent the organisation at networking and industry events.
- Deliver against revenue and sales targets.
