Security Officer - Relief officer

Relief officer working on site for a large corporate client in Norwich. Most shifts are 12 hours. It is essential that you live within 30 minutes of Norwich, have a full UK driving licence, be over the age of 21 and have your own vehicle to commute to and from work. Must be able to work both day and night shifts Monday‑Sunday and be available to cover annual leave and last minute blow outs.

The role will require plenty of walking and standing on your feet, patrolling internal and external of a large multistorey building. There is potential for additional work at other locations in Norwich and Lowestoft.

Security & Risk Management

• Maintain vigilance over the work environment to identify potential threats, disruptions, or breaches.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, escalating to appropriate authorities or teams as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports, supporting robust governance and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate composure and professionalism when handling challenging situations, ensuring the protection of people, assets, and data.
• Adhere to scheduled check‑ins and communication protocols to maintain operational integrity.
