Geologix is seeking an adaptable, organised and energetic individual to join its Norwich team to strengthen and maintain the security, quality and reliability of the company’s digital systems and processes.

This new role within Geologix will be tasked with ensuring the organisation operates with clear standards, disciplined processes and secure digital practices, supporting both operational efficiency and organisational resilience.

Strong candidates will show high motivation and drive to achieve, be diligent in their work but adaptable in their responsibilities. Training on our systems and current processes is provided, but experience with governance, procedural compliance and incident reporting and auditing is beneficial.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

* Develop a strong understanding of the company’s technology systems and ensure operational workflows underpin quality and security standards.

* Work closely with Business and Development teams to support system configuration, testing and troubleshooting activities.

* Support the development and maintenance of the company’s information security practices, ensuring they align with internal systems and products.

* Promote awareness of the company’s security posture across staff and customers through clear communication, documentation and participation in meetings.

* Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring they remain accurate, relevant and effective.

* Be responsible for information security event monitoring, reporting and escalation.

* Coordinate internal and external audits, maintaining risk registers, corrective action logs and compliance records.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process refinement and staff awareness of quality and security standards.

This fast-paced hybrid role will provide variation and significance on a daily basis. Supporting customer deployments and internal R&D initiatives simultaneously will require a dedicated and quick-thinking candidate.
