To provide a visible, proactive security presence across designated operational areas, supporting the reduction of crime and anti-social behaviour while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors, and the wider community.

• Liaise with the National Security Operations Room (NSOR) at the start, during, and end of shifts.
• Always maintain effective communication while on duty.
• Ensure all equipment is issued, used, and recorded correctly.
• Report incidents and activity in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter crime and provide reassurance.

• Support wider security operations as required.
• Respond to management or NSOR requests.
• Engage professionally with colleagues, visitors, and members of the public.
• Provide a helpful, approachable, and customer-focused service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions.
• Reliable, professional, and proactive
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Previous security or community safety experience
• First Aid qualification
• Full UK driving licence.
