Domestic Electrical Tester - Social Housing
Location:
Norwich
Salary: £45,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting an experienced Domestic Electrical Tester to carry out EICR testing and remedial works within social housing properties across Norwich.
Duties- EICR testing in occupied and void properties
- Completing remedial electrical works
- Accurate reporting using handheld devices
- Working to current regulations and H&S standards
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition
- 2391 or 2394/2395 (or equivalent)
- Previous domestic/social housing experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Company van & fuel card
