Social Worker – Children with Disabilities (Grade J/K). Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, salary £39,862 to £48,227 per annum. Based in County Hall, Norwich, serving North, East and Broadland.

The Children with Disabilities Service supports children and young people aged 0–18 with substantial and permanent disabilities. Our multidisciplinary team includes social workers, family practitioners, assistant practitioners, occupational therapists, and occupational therapist assistant practitioners.

You will be case holding, identifying needs and appropriate support packages, and coordinating with Occupational Therapists and Outreach teams to ensure equal opportunities for young people.

• Maintain case holdings and conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people.
