UEA Medical Centre is seeking a Social Prescriber to help people address practical, emotional, and social issues affecting wellbeing. You will work with community organisations to improve access to local services and reduce isolation.
Hours are 7.5–12 per week with a flexible pattern, across two sites: UEA Medical Centre & West Potter gate Surgery. Full training is provided to support your onboarding and ongoing development.
