Overview

Prospero Health and Social Care is seeking experienced Children s Support Workers to join our team.

Location:

Norfolk (Norwich). Pay Rate: GBP
15 - GBP
18 per hour. Contract Type:
Temporary.

As a Children s Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and young people, helping them build resilience and develop positive coping strategies. You will work closely with families, schools, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for service users. This is a flexible role ideal for professionals committed to delivering high-quality support to children and families in need.

• Provide direct support to children and young people in various settings to promote safety, wellbeing and positive development.
• Collaborate with families, schools, social workers and healthcare professionals to plan and deliver appropriate supports.
• Monitor and document progress, concerns, and outcomes in line with safeguarding policies.
• Adhere to safeguarding and child protection principles in all interactions.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across different settings as required.

• At least 6 months experience working with children and young people in a support role
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
• Ability to work flexibly across different settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
