Wiltshire Council is seeking Kinship Support Workers to join our Kinship Service. You will work with children, kinship carers, birth families and partners to strengthen support for kinship families and help keep children safe within their network.
You will provide practical, emotional and information-based support, navigate services, and collaborate with social workers, kinship & fostering teams, education and health professionals to ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
