Jewish Care in London is seeking either a Community Support Worker or a Qualified Social Worker to join our Social Work and Community Support Service on a 20-hour per week basis. The post can be based at Friern Barnet, Golders Green or Ilford, with access to a vehicle for work.
You will manage caseloads, undertake holistic assessments, provide advocacy and practical support, and develop person-centred plans to promote independence and wellbeing.
