London Borough of Camden is seeking a passionate Personal Adviser to support care-experienced young people aged 16–25 as they prepare for independent adulthood. You will manage a caseload of around 21–24 young people, build trust, and advocate for housing, education, employment, and health services.
You will work with Social Workers while they are looked after and lead on Pathway Plans, coordinating with partner agencies to secure timely support and positive outcomes.
