Norwich City Council’s Home Improvement Team seeks a part-time Case Worker to support Disabled Facilities Grants and the Sanctuary Scheme for victims of domestic abuse. You will manage cases, visit clients in their homes, and work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver timely adaptations and support services.
The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate sensitively in challenging situations.
