What you will do
Manage a complex caseload of children and families requiring statutory intervention, conducting thorough assessments and creating detailed support plans.
Lead comprehensive assessments of need, risk, and protective factors in line with the Children Act 1989 and Safeguarding Children guidance.
Develop and implement outcome-focused plans aimed at building family resilience, achieving permanence, and ensuring positive outcomes for children.
Provide expert practice guidance, mentoring, and support to both social workers and newly qualified practitioners.
Chair and actively contribute to multi-agency meetings, strategy discussions, and professional forums to ensure coordinated service delivery.
