Qualified Social Worker, Front Door Team, Salford Council Pay rate to £32.55 per hour Contract role Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Transitions Team in Salford Council.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across both our:
Early Help Team Safeguarding Team Working across both Early Help and Safeguarding, you will be instrumental in providing timely, proportionate interventions that promote independence and wellbeing. Using a strengths-based approach, you will support adults to delay, reduce, or prevent the need for ongoing formal services, while ensuring people remain safe, empowered, and at the centre of decision-making, achieving the outcomes that are most important to them.
