Seetec is hiring a Youth Employment Advisor to join the Youth Job Guarantee programme, supporting 18-24 year olds to overcome barriers and move into sustainable employment. You'll manage a caseload, provide coaching, careers guidance, CV and interview prep, and in-work support.
The role works with employers and community partners to create progression opportunities. It requires safeguarding knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
