Heartsease Primary Academy in Norwich invites applications for a Welfare, Safeguarding and Attendance Lead. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week across 40 weeks per year, with NJC Scale SO1, SP 23-25.
The successful candidate will have strong safeguarding and attendance experience, ability to work with diverse families, and will lead attendance initiatives and assemblies while supporting pupil welfare.
