Full Stack Developer

📍 UK Support Centre – Norwich (Hybrid - 2 days in office Mondays + Wednesdays)

💷 Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)

🕒 Full-time | 35 hours per week

The Tax Assist Group is growing and we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our friendly, collaborative tech team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building real-world solutions and wants to grow their skills in a commercial, entrepreneurial environment.

• 🔹Building frontend features with React & Next.js
• 🔹Developing backend logic using React Server Components (RSCs) and Supabase (Postgre
  
  SQL)
• 🔹Implementing authentication, permissions, APIs and secure data workflows
• 🔹Writing clean, maintainable Type Script with automated tests (Vitest)
• 🔹Deploying via Vercel with Git Hub Actions CI/CD
• 🔹Participating fully in Scrum events
• 🔹Collaborating closely with Lead and Senior Developers
• 🔹Contributing to UX, documentation, performance improvements and first-line support

• 🔹3+ years professional full stack development experience
• 🔹Strong skills in JavaScript/Type Script, React, Next.js
• 🔹Experience with Supabase / Postgre
  
  SQL (or similar)
• 🔹Familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and modern deployment workflows
• 🔹A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and attention to detail
• 🔹A degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or equivalent experience)
