Company: Sprinta Logistics Ltd – a forward‑thinking delivery service provider serving residential and commercial clients in the Norwich region.

• Job type: Self‑employed, Full Time
• Location: Norwich
• Working hours: 7‑day operation, up to 6 days a week (weekends essential)
• Compensation: A GBP 128.70 per day/route (incl. VAT A GBP 145.80)
• Van and fuel provided
• Contract status: Self‑employed role; assistance available for self‑employment registration, VAT registration, etc.

• Basic route rate per day: A GBP 121.50 (incl. VAT A GBP 145.80)
• Weekly BACS payments
• Immediate start (subject to DBS and DVLA check verification)
• Paid training – no previous experience required; full training provided
• No out‑of‑pocket expenses: van, fuel, insurance, uniform, delivery device supplied
• Performance incentives and customer‑feedback rewards
• Driver of the month: A GBP 50 voucher

• Deliver a set number of parcels of all shapes and sizes along a predetermined route from a van, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Hold a valid Driving Licence for a minimum of 6 months
• Maximum of 6 points and no active driving bans
• Able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
• Pass a Basic Criminal Disclosure (DBS)
