Driver - Class II

Job Overview

As a HGV Driver, you ll play a safety‑critical role in the daily operation of our branch. We re currently looking to recruit an experienced and customer‑focused HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team at SIG Norwich. In this crucial, front‑facing role, you ll be at the heartbeat of our operations delivering not just materials, but excellent service to our valued customers.

You ll be responsible for:

• Delivering goods safely and on time to customers in your area
• Securing all loads and completing daily vehicle checks
• Maintaining accurate transport documentation and delivery records
• Representing SIG in a friendly, professional manner at all times

• A valid Class 2 (Category
  
  C) driving licence
• Hiab and/or Moffett certification (desirable
  
  SIG can provide training if needed)
• CPC card and Digital Tachograph
• Proven experience in multi‑drop delivery
• A strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service
