Overview
Accelerate Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Furniture Porter for day work in the Norwich area. This role will involve going out in a two‑person crew completing removal work around East Anglia, which can include the removal of offices or house removals.
Responsibilities- Help the driver find a safe route to customer premises.
- Unload the vehicle while following all health and safety/manual handling regulations.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment and assist in heavy lifting.
- Previous experience in furniture removal or similar work.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
- Positive attitude.
- £12.25 per hour.
- 8 hours minimum guaranteed pay per day.
- Weekly pay.
- Dedicated driving team available 24/7 on call.
- Driver referral scheme.
