As a Driver Trainee Installer, you will be supported through our 3-month trainee programme to become a fully qualified John Lewis Customer Delivery Installer with a C1 driving licence. You will drive vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes. Once you are fully trained, you will have the unique opportunity of bringing our distinctive John Lewis service right to customers’ homes and installing the products they love into their homes (such as furniture, large electrical appliances, sound systems and TV sets) as part of a 2‑person delivery crew.
Due to its nature, you need to be 18 years or older to work in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Complete our 3‑month Customer Delivery Driver Trainee programme to become a fully qualified John Lewis Customer Delivery Installer by meeting the relevant criteria.
- Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with great customer service as your number one priority.
- Assist in loading
