LGV Class 2 Lorry Loader (HIAB) Driver

Rigid HIAB delivery and on-site lifting operations

We’re looking for LGV Class 2 (Category

C) drivers who hold HIAB / loader crane certification and have experience carrying out lifting and delivery work across varied project environments.

This role supports the transport and on-site lifting of plant, materials, and specialist equipment using rigid HIAB-equipped vehicles.

• Delivering plant, materials, and equipment using Class 2 HIAB vehicles
• Operating the loader crane (HIAB) for safe loading and unloading
• Positioning materials and equipment accurately on site
• Coordinating with site teams to ensure lifts are carried out safely and efficiently
• Working across the South Coast and nationwide on a wide range of industrial, infrastructure, and specialist projects

The role suits experienced LGV Class 2 drivers who have experience operating loader cranes, understand safe lifting practices, and are comfortable working within structured site environments.

This role is best suited to LGV Class 2 (Category

C) drivers with HIAB / loader crane certification who are confident carrying out lifting and delivery work as part of coordinated site operations.

• Hold a valid LGV Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence with Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Hold a current HIAB / loader crane qualificationn>
• Have experience delivering and lifting plant, materials, or specialist equipment
• Are confident carrying out lifting operations in line with site requirements
• Understand the importance of communication, planning, and safe working practices
