Warehouse Shift Manager

About the Role

Lasgo Chrysalis Ltd is recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager to help strengthen our senior warehouse team and assist in overseeing daily operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of departments within the warehouse and will play a key role in ensuring business goals and objectives are met.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

You will oversee the warehouse supervisors and provide leadership across the wider warehouse workforce, leading by example.

You will be required to act as a key holder and be flexible in covering both morning and evening shifts for annual leave and absences, as required.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience
• Computer literate with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office products, such as Excel and Word
• Resilience with the ability to problem solve
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work effectively under pressure while always maintaining a professional approach
