NXA Talent LTD is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager for an immediate start at a large FMCG site in North Northampton. This is a 3 month fixed-term contract with the potential to go permanent, supporting through peak periods.
You will lead warehouse teams including team leaders and supervisors, ensuring safe and efficient operations across day and night shifts, with 1 in 4 weekends. Salary up to £44,000 depending on experience.
