As an Operations Assistant based in our Norwich branch you’ll be responsible for:
General Warehouse duties. Picking and packing stock, which will involve heavy lifting and manual handling of heavy items like boilers, radiators, toilets etc. Loading/unloading vehicles safely. Ensuring the workplace is tidy and adheres to our health and safety procedures. You will need to support the Trade Counter as required providing exceptional customer service at all times. The role is full time, permanent position, 40hrs per week, Monday-Friday 07:00AM - 16:00PM with 1hrs break.

No weekend work required.

• Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Able to handle a physically demanding job.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
