40 hours per week

Shift: 5 out of 7 days- 07:00-16:00 OR 13:00-22:00
Start: ASAP
Temporary to Permanent after 12 successful weeks

We are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative/Administrators to join a new and growing logistics team in Norwich

This is a varied, hands-on role combining warehouse duties, parcel handling, administration and computer-based tasks. You'll play an important part in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What will you be doing?

Sorting, scanning, loading and unloading parcels
Using computers, smartphones and internal systems to process and track deliveries
Completing data entry, system updates and information checks
Supporting drivers and the wider team with daily operations
Identifying and reporting parcel, system or operational issues
Helping to ensure the warehouse and daily operations run efficiently

What we're looking for:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Able to carry parcels and work on your feet throughout the shift
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
Flexible and able to adapt to changing working days and hours
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
