About the Role
Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist. Your focus is to wow clients now and in the future by providing excellent service at the front desk, on the phone, or virtually.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients according to their preferences.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
Your Expertise
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong multi‑tasking, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay Range
$11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location.
