Relief Administrative Assistant - Norwood CBHC

Riverside is seeking a Relief Administrative Assistant for our Norwood CBHC location! The administrative assistant is responsible for providing general administrative assistance to Riverside consumers and clinic staff, including:

  • Opening and closing the office
  • Answering phones and making appointment reminder calls
  • Greeting consumers, collecting co‑payments
  • Entering billing and other data into the electronic health record
  • General administrative duties including managing medical records, medical billing data, filing, copying, scanning, supplies

Schedule: Relief hours available

Pay Rate: $21.00 hourly

Required Skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, reliable, responsible and friendly
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills (including Microsoft Office) required
  • Previous experience in a mental health or social services setting is preferred but not required
Required Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1–2 years administrative experience required
